We had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation in the paradise awaits unit. Positive: This unit is in excellent condition very clean and the owner communication was excellent. This unit has a great location, close to the pool and the fishing dock very well appointed with everything that you need for a nice vacation. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like ,but it would be nice to have a small table and chairs in the bottom floor parking area to enjoy your early morning coffee or a sunset beverage.

Positive: Very nice complex, lovely views from the dock area and pool. Quiet and relaxing and a good location to explore the keys from. The condo was exactly as it was described and looks in the images. Negative: Some real glasses and plates would be good as everything was plastic. Plus a dish washer would have made it perfect. We've not hand washed dishes for years!
